Eligibility for Returns

  • We have 7 days return policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Video proof is required for damaged returns.
  • Accompanied by the original packaging and tags.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Washed items or products with removed tags are not eligible for return.
  • All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 7 business days

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer support team at +91 9655840590 or ertonindia@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • Ship the item to the address provided using a traceable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • To exchange an item, follow the same process as returns and specify the desired replacement item.
  • Any price difference between the original and replacement item will need to be settled before the exchange is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified timeframe:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.
  • Contact us for further assistance if the issue persists.

  • Erton reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
